Introducing the New UNO6 GM: Enhanced Precision and Robust Design
We’re excited to introduce the new UNO6 GM (Grid Mast), a robust high-precision positioner designed for demanding antenna testing applications. Built with a sturdy aluminum grid mast construction, the UNO6 GM offers enhanced support for antennas up to 25 kg (55 lb) and 120 cm (4 ft.) in diameter, ensuring stability and reliability in a variety of testing environments.
Designed for Performance
The UNO6 GM features a reinforced azimuth base for increased structural integrity, allowing it to handle high loads with ease. The grid mast roll head incorporates a precision roll motor mechanism and a 100 mm through-hole, providing ample space for cable management, rotary joints, and slip rings. Its aluminum offset block ensures flexible mounting and alignment options, making integration smoother than ever.
For applications requiring close-by frequency extenders, the UNO6 GM includes a dedicated rear bracket system, ensuring a short, low-loss connection from the antenna to the extender.
A unique bearing cassette surrounds the frequency extender, allowing it to rotate freely along with the roll head. This eliminates the need for delicate and costly waveguide rotary joints, significantly improving both reliability and cost efficiency.Â
Designed for Walk-In Chambers and Large Antenna Arrays
Constructed to excel in walk-in chambers like the AC1224, the UNO6 GM’s spacious clearance makes it ideal for testing large antenna arrays. Its rugged design ensures consistent performance under high loads, making it a trusted solution for high-end antenna development.
