UNO3 World Premiere
The first four UNO3 units are now on their way to our customer, a radar chipset supplier, who is in the process of setting up a small test farm.
The collaboration with the customer aimed to develop a compact and robust positioner with the same precision as other mmWaveTest positioners but optimized for lighter loads and at a lower cost. Mission accomplished!
UNO3 is built on the foundation of our well-known dual-arm positioners, DUO3 and DUO3.5, but instead of 100% CNC-machined parts, we have used 3D-printed parts where strength is not compromised. The new UNO3 can be used in two configurations: as an azimuth-elevation positioner, as shown here with the mounted elevation arm, or in a spherical kit (azimuth-roll) together with a corresponding roll mast.
