The standard AC1224 family covers a wide range of applications. But sometimes your room has an odd shape, your DUT is oversized, or your testing process demands something the catalogue simply can’t offer. That’s where we come in.
Our custom chamber program starts with your unique challenge, not our limitations. We use the same proven modular design, materials, and manufacturing expertise behind the AC1224 line, and then we reshape them around your measurement needs.

What we’ve built
Every custom project begins with your specific needs. Maybe your lab has a low ceiling, or you need extra width for a massive DUT. We’ve built chambers that fit into tight basement spaces, wrapped around conveyor belts, and even suspended all the test equipment from the ceiling to keep cables short. No two projects look the same – because no two customers are alike.
Custom example the AC1224-360 SPLIT
This version of the AC1224-360 chamber has a unique end module with removable center panels that creates a 2.4 by 2.4 m open aperture inside the full chamber.
By sliding apart the two chamber halves and removing or inserting the end-wall pieces, the AC1224-360 SPLIT serves a dual purpose: It transitions between a spacious single chamber or two separate, enclosed chambers with half the length, doubling the test capacity when needed.

This extra-large chamber was purpose-built for testing large, heavy DUTs requiring conveyor-based loading and unloading.

How a custom project works
Everything starts with a conversation. Tell us what you need to test and what makes your situation unique. We’ll listen, ask questions, and give you an indicative price right away so you know if it’s worth pursuing. Next, we build a 3D model you can actually see and interact with. Nothing gets the ideas flowing like being able to spin, slice, and debate a real model. We work alongside you to refine every detail, and when we both say “that’s it”, we take it to production.
