Diamond Engineering D6025

D6025 Positioner

The D6025 Series is a highly versatile multi-axis antenna measurement system suited for DUT devices up to 11.5 kg.

The non-metallic, belt-driven head provides a low-reflection environment ideal for electrically small or omnidirectional antennas. Still, the mast design, with its single-sided mount and off-axis position on the rotation platform, offers room for large DUT’s as well.

The standard D6025 package features a 2-axis positioner, Python source, and the powerful DAMS Antenna Measurement Studio, tools, cables, and documentation, plus DUT mounting hardware.

There are numerous upgrade options available for the D6025, including RF rotary joints (SMA, 2.92mm, 2.4mm, 1.85mm, waveguide) from DC up to 110GHz on both horizontal and vertical axis, and slip rings for continuous 360-degree rotations.

Other options available are automated Z-axis, auto-polarization switch, and high-precision, worm-driven non-metallic head.

D6050 Positioner

The D6050 Series is the most versatile multi-axis antenna measurement system from Diamond Engineering. Because it’s capable of handling DUT devices up to 45 kg, it has the widest range of possible applications.

Like the D6025, the upper construction of the D6050 is non-metallic with a belt-driven head, that provides a low-reflection environment. With a 60 cm wide base platform, a sturdy mechanical design, and the Antenna Measurement Suite included, the D6050 is capable of handling almost any antenna measurement task required.

The D6050 and the D6025 both include Diamond Engineering’s Desktop Antenna Measurement Studio.

This comprehensive software suite is designed for test and development of small to medium-sized antennas, and it controls the positioners to deliver a full test system. The software enables you to make many different types of measurements, plotting 3D graphs, calculate exact distances using group delays, identify multi-path rays and it has a plethora of other functionalities.

It’s a mature platform and you will be running the first measurements within an hour.

The Antenna Measurement Studio software connects and natively controls all popular VNA’s:
